The science behind hangover and how to hack it.
Last night was fun.
You were out with your besties at that swanky new bar in town. The music was great, the crowd was awesome, and the drinks were amazing. You totally forgot that you've got an early morning meeting with your client the next day.

But it's now 8am and you roll out of bed feeling dizzy, thirsty, confused, and a pounding headache. In short, you feel like absolute sh*t
Here's how it happened:
You downed a glass of wine and your liver got to work immediately.
First, your liver produced an enzyme called alcohol dehydrogenase (ADH) in order to break down the alcohol (aka ethanol) found in your drink.
The alcohol turned into acetaldehyde, which is toxic. Yes it's toxic. And that's why a hangover feels like sh*t.
But because you have a magical liver, this is what happens next:
1. The liver sends another enzyme called aldehyde dehydrogenase (ALDH) to the rescue.
2. ALDH turns the toxic stuff, acetaldehyde, into something more harmless, i.e. Acetate
3. Acetate then breaks down into water and carbon dioxide, which get secreted out of your body naturally.
4. Viola! The nasty stuff is gone and you're ready for another night out.
Unfortunately, this whole process takes many hours to complete. Thank goodness, with Hangover Detox, you no longer have to sit down for the whole show.
Just pop 2 sachets before a drink and another 2 sachets before bed. Then snuggle under the blanket and knock out.
The next day, you'll wake up refreshed and ready to take on anything that comes your way.
Now that's what I call magic.
